Returns & Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and would like a refund or an exchange, you have 10 business days to return the items from the day you received the goods. Please understand that for hygienic purposes that all items being returned must in the condition that they were when you received them – this means that all swing tags, packaging and hygienic stickers must be still attached to the items. Refunds will be granted after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

Bravura Sydney is not responsible for the shipping costs to return or exchange the items, you must cover your own shipping costs and we don’t take responsibility for the loss of any items during the return shipping.

Each style of swimwear has its own measurements displayed below in the product description please look at it carefully before choosing which size to purchase.


Shipping & Dispatch

Bravura Sydney uses Australian Post to ship the garments within Australia and International.

Shipping rates are added to the final total at the time you purchase the goods when you checkout.

Orders are dispatch within 5 days from the day you make the order.

Shipping within Australia usually takes 3-5 days to arrive from the date it was dispatched.

International shipping can take up to 2- 3 weeks to arrive from the date it was dispatched.

We do ship worldwide, please refer to the Australia Post’s International Post Guide (http://auspost.com.au/apps/international-post-guide.html) for international shipping services available to the country you are shipping to.

If you are not one of the counties listed on the Universal Postal Union (http://www.upu.int/en/the-upu/member-countries.html), unfortunately you won’t be able to place an order because Australia Post doesn’t have facilities to transport mail into those countries NOT listed on the Universal Postal Union.


Payment

Payment is processed through Stripe however if you don’t have a Stripe account Bravura Sydney will direct to the Stripe homepage where you can use your credit card to finalise your payment and once that is completed Stripe will direct you back to the Bravura Sydney webpage. PayPal accepts MasterCard, Visa and Debit cards.


Damaged Items or Incorrect Items

If the items you received were damaged or the incorrect items you purchased we will provide you with a replacement or refund depending on what you prefer. Bravura Sydney will cover all shipping costs associated with replacing or refunding the items.
